    Early UPI payment infrastructure

    Built Java payment gateways for NPCI-backed UPI, connecting IDBI Bank and Axis Bank, and engineered the security layer: RSA key pairs, digital signatures and AES encryption.

  2. 2017 – 2026

    Enterprise architecture and R&D

    Led architecture and R&D for global engineering consultancies across BI, workflow and CRM, and mentored teams of 30+ developers in test automation, CI/CD and AI-assisted engineering.

  3. 2023 – today

    Logistics platform engineering

    Directs a 10-person team shipping mobile apps, web and backend for an on-demand logistics platform, with real-time dispatch built on WebSocket and WebRTC.
